So yes...yesterday did not go as planned. C'est la vie (that's life, en anglais). Nevertheless, we had a great turnout on a rainy, cold, windy, and confused day. The games were fast, furious, and I really have to say that it was excellent seeing so many 40k players with armies ready to go.
For those of you who showed up ready to go for the Apocalypse Battle, I am very sorry; not enough room, and not enough time. Next month, we will continue the battle.

On May 18th, the battle for the city of Bastion will commence at the NCWC. The war has also continued in orbit, as a small Imperial fleet of Astartes Strike Cruisers converge on a contingent of Marauder-class vessels that hang above the planet. In the distance, Imperial observers have spotted the Infernal Answer -- the flag ship of the Witchlight Marauders! The Blood Angels are engaging the Chaos cruisers as the plains begin to rumble with the weight of the approaching enemy forces!
